This event, in the form of an alumni panel discussion, strives to provide students with the essential skills required for success in the ever-changing corporate realm, amidst a dynamic business environment. This year, we had our alumni Mr. Ashutosh Jha (Consultant, RCGTH Practice Management & Product Owner, Cognizant); Ms. Ayushi Joshi (Manager, Financial Services, Capgemini) and Mr. Aniket Wable (Sr. Manager, Client Engagement/Service Delivery, Genpact)
as our panellists and Dr. Suhas Ambekar (Assistant Professor, SCMHRD) as moderator for the Panel Discussion themed around “Unlocking potential: How intrapreneurship drives personal, company, and Nation’s success”.

Description: During the panel discussion, students were enlightened about the diverse skill sets required for a prosperous future career. In this panel discussion, students learned about the numerous challenges which they might face on a day to basis after stepping into the corporate world. The panel members also discussed the significance of pushing themselves out of their comfort zone in order to achieve greater things in life.

Overall, the panel discussion provided valuable insights how intrapreneurs can foster innovation, creativity, and growth within organisation and beyond.
